Your satisfaction is our top priority. Some items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are unused (with tags), unwashed and/or defective.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If you received damaged merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
If you need to make a return/exchange, please contact us before-hand so we can make the process as quick and easy as possible. We will provide you with a RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM to be mailed with the item(s) you wish to return. Please fill the form out completely to avoid processing delays.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping fees. We recommend that you use a service that gives you the ability to track and insure the package for your own protection. We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges lost during shipping.
Processing your return/exchange will take 5-10 business days after receipt of the return/exchange package. Please note that returns/refunds will be subject to examination of the returned goods and contingent on the returned item(s) being in unused (with tags), unwashed and/or defective condition as per the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and our dialogue with you.
Once your return/exchange package is received and processed, your original payment method will be credited/charged accordingly. Please note that you are responsible for shipping fees relating to receiving exchanged items.
NON –RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE
For sanitary reasons, please note that the following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective:

- Bikinis
- Board shorts
- Underwear
- Towels
- Clearance Merchandise
Any fees paid for shipping and handling are non-refundable. If any non-refundable merchandise is sent back to us, your original payment method will be charged to ship the item back to you.
